As part of our national sales programme, Kāinga Ora is selling some properties that don’t meet our long-term needs.
Decisions to sell specific sites will be ongoing, and at any one time there will be properties at various stages of the process.
This page will be regularly updated as properties are listed and sold on the open market.
Separate to selling social housing properties, Kāinga Ora also sells build-ready land(external link) in its Large Scale Projects to private developers to deliver market housing.
