Agreement reached between Kainga Ora and Winton

Lakeside Developments Limited, Housing New Zealand Build Limited and Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities have also reached an agreement in respect of another High Court proceeding brought by Winton. No party has admitted any fault or wrongdoing, and the proceedings will be discontinued with no issue as to costs. All other matters relating to the agreements are confidential, and the parties will not be commenting further.
