Ninety-five new warm, dry and healthy homes have been completed in Whangārei.  They will provide stable housing for around 320 people, making it our biggest social housing development built outside the main centres.

Community services to continue in Manurewa

Kāinga Ora has agreed to extend the leases for four community houses in South Auckland including 1 Rata Vine drive (RaWiri House). This will provide certainty for the ongoing use of these sites and the services delivered from them.
